This role offers consistent hours, a clean workshop environment, and the prospect to secure a permanent position with a well-established manufacturer specialising in custom metal fabrication.

What’s on Offer?

- Up to $40 per hour + super (dependent on experience)
n
- Temp-to-permanent opportunity
n
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
n
- Ongoing, stable work with overtime available when required
n
- Supportive team environment

- Western Sydney location with onsite parking

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- MIG and TIG welding of aluminium and stainless steel components
n
- Fabrication and assembly of custom metal products
n
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
n
- Grinding, polishing and finishing work to a high standard
n
- Quality checking finished products
n
- Maintaining a safe and organised work area
n
n
About You
n
n
- Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding
n
- Strong background working with aluminium and stainless steel
n
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
n
- High attention to detail and workmanship
n
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
n
Desirable
n
n
- Experience within sheet metal or custom fabrication environments
n
- Forklift licence
n
- Experience operating fabrication equipment and workshop machinery
n
n
