Job Description n

Are you a qualified aged care chef who creates nutritious, appealing and comforting meals tailored to the unique health and dietary needs of older adults.

What You Will Do n

- Ensuring high quality meals are ready for the community
n
- Manage the kitchen production with total efficiency and speed
n
- Maintain elite food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Provide warm and professional service to residents and staff
n

Desired Skills and Experience n

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
n
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desired)
n
- Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
n
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
n
