This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a small crew, and enjoys variety. You'll be working across some outstanding residential projects including decks, pergolas, fencing, retaining walls, mini excavation and general carpentry.
Key responsibilities n

- Leading a small team and keeping jobs running smoothly
n
- Building decks, pergolas, stairs, screens and fencing
n
- Constructing retaining walls
n
- General carpentry and residential construction
n
- Operating mini excavators and assisting with site preparation
n
- Reading plans, setting out and solving problems on site
n
- Coordinating materials, tools and day-to-day site activities
n
- Maintaining high standards of safety,
workmanship and site presentation
n

- Experienced carpenter with strong residential construction skills
n
- Confident leading a small team
n
- High-quality workmanship and attention to detail
n
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Reliable, organised and takes ownership of the job
n
- Large tool trailer or truck containing all necessary tools mandatory
n
- Variety of interesting residential projects
n
- Hands-on role with responsibility and autonomy
