This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist immigration firm offering up to 3 days working from home , visa sponsorship and the ability to work from overseas for approved periods.

About the role n

The firm is looking for an Immigration Lawyer with approximately 3+ years' PQE and solid Australian immigration experience. You’ll manage your own matters while having dedicated legal support around you. The work will initially have a stronger individual migration focus, with the opportunity to build broader exposure across corporate immigration over time.

Duties n

n
- Manage immigration matters from initial advice through to completion
n
- Advise on family and partner visas
n
- Handle student and graduate visa matters
n
- Work across general skilled migration
n




- Assist with appeals and reviews
n
- Gain exposure to employer-sponsored and corporate immigration matters
n
- Deal directly with a diverse international client base
n

Skills & experience nn
- Approximately 3+ PQE
n
- Strong Australian immigration law experience
n
- Confidence managing matters independently
n
- Strong client-facing skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Clear and practical communication style
n

n

Mandarin language skills are preferred due to the firm’s international client base. Cantonese would also be well regarded.

This is a adaptable boutique environment.The team regularly gets together for lunches, social events and other activities, but there is no expectation to be in the office five days a week.The Principals take a practical approach to flexibility and are focused on quality of work, client service and people managing their responsibilities properly.
