Minor Hotels, through Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations in Mount View, NSW.

This full time role emphasizes guest-focused service, team leadership, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

You will oversee the F&B; team, work evening shifts, and be available weekends as required, with opportunities for growth within a global hospitality group.
