Currently recruiting a Full-time Reservations Agent to join our passionate Reservations team in our ibis and Pullman Brisbane Airport Hotels!

About Us n
The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.
About the role n
Provide courteous, efficient and professional serviceto exceed guest expectations.
n
Know the hotel products & facilities and upsell at every opportunity.
n
Ensure an accurate and complete guest history exists for all return guests and that details of arrivals are communicated to all departments.
n
Promptly answering all incoming calls,
emails and website enquiries forreservations and ensuring accurate details are recorded.
n
Liaisingwithinternaldepartments ina proactive mannerto ensure group and guest requirements for specific bookingsare met.
About You n
A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
n
Knowledge of Opera and Third-Party Agents is preferred, however, not essential.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
n
Excellent grooming and presentation.
n
The ability &flexibility; to workacross a 7-day workingenvironment, including weekends and publicholidays.
n
Reservations experience is not necessary; those new to the industry are welcome to apply.
