Intro Recruitment is looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Office Manager to join our Brisbane team.

This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of our business, with responsibilities spanning accounts administration, payroll support, staff coordination and general office management.
n
You'll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while working closely with the wider team and coordinating our offshore support.
n
We're looking for someone who is task-driven, comfortable working across multiple systems and always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
- Monitor and manage the accounts inbox, ensuring invoices and queries are actioned.
n
- Assist with accounts administration using Xero.
n
- Coordinate staff travel and accommodation.
n
- Coordinate offshore staff, delegate workloads and monitor task completion.
n
- Manage office supplies, stationery and kitchen requirements.
n
- Complete government reporting, including Child Support and Centrelink.
n
- Provide payroll support when required.
n
- Attend weekly meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
n
- Assist with ISO reporting and documentation.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes through systems, AI and automation.

About You: nn
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administration role.
n
- Experience using Xero and exposure to accounts and payroll.
n
- Experience coordinating offshore teams will be highly regarded.
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- A proactive, task-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
n
- Confident working across different systems and identifying process improvements.
n
- Experience within recruitment, labour hire or equipment hire would be highly regarded.
