Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Dispatch & Data Entry Coordinator to join our growing team at The Happy Nut Pty Ltd. In this full-time position based in Campbelltown, NSW, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatch of our products to customers across Australia.

What you'll be doing n

- Coordinate the daily dispatch of orders, liaising with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
n
- Monitor stock levels and work with the warehouse team to maintain optimal inventory
n
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and dispatch information
n
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to all dispatch activities
n
- Support the implementation of continuous improvements to dispatch processes and systems
n
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business
n

What we're looking for nn
- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role, ideally within a fast-paced or e-commerce environment
n
- Solid organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, colleagues and external partners
n
- Proficient in using inventory management and order tracking systems
n
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
n
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
n
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office. Previous experience with Bussiness Central, previously known as Microsoft Dynamics Navision
