At its core, this role is all about customer connection, our DIY and Trade customers come in keen to talk about the tools, and purchase them through you. Your day-to-day involves understanding their trade, accessory, and PPE needs, and recommending the right gear for the job.

You aren't just ringing up sales; you are a trusted advisor building long-term relationships. The more proactive you are in developing your knowledge with tools, the better you will sell!
