Job Description

Suncorp Group is seeking a Claims Manager to lead our property claims portfolio on a six-month fixed-term, full time basis. The role offers a 50-50 split between office-based work and remote work after an initial training period, with the first four weeks in the office to ensure readiness.

Based in Australia, you will be the primary contact for customers experiencing loss, manage cases, coordinate with assessors and vendors, and ensure policy entitlements are explained clearly.
