Richard's Meats in rural New South Wales is seeking a skilled butcher to join a young, energetic team. This role offers early starts and a chance to escape the city while working with beef, lamb and pork to high standards.

You will bring solid knife skills, knowledge of meat cuts, reliable work ethic, and good communication. The environment is supportive with minimal micromanagement and a focus on teamwork.
