What you’ll do n

Welcome and assist customers in store, by phone and by email.

Learn how to understand travel needs, budgets and priorities.

- n

Research flights, accommodation, tours, cruises and travel insurance.

n
- n

Progress from reception and sales support into supervised itinerary planning and bookings.

n
- n

Prepare accurate customer records, documents and supplier communications.

n
- n

Work towards individual and team sales and service goals.

n

What you’ll bring nn
- n

Customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or sales experience.

n
- n

Warm communication and confidence speaking with customers.

n
- n

Strong attention to detail, organisation and willingness to learn.

n
- n





A positive response to goals, feedback and coaching.

n
- n

Availability for a full time five-day roster, including rostered Saturdays.

n

Previous travel-consulting or booking-system experience is not required.
