Western Work Force are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our client, based in Redcliffe.

n

The successful candidate will provide transactional finance support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reconciliations and internal reporting, while also providing backup support for payroll when required.

Key Responsibilities: n

n
- Process supplier invoices in line with Procure-to-Pay procedures
n
- Reconcile supplier accounts and assist with payment runs
n
- Manage employee reimbursements and credit card reconciliations
n
- Generate and submit debtor invoices through client portals
n
- Upload invoices to NAB IFF and reconcile facility data
n
- Monitor debtor ageing and follow up outstanding accounts
n
- Process receipt allocations and maintain accurate AR records
n
- Complete bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
n
- Maintain accurate financial records and system entries
n
- Prepare routine and ad hoc financial reports
n
- Support internal financial controls, compliance and audit requirements
n




- Assist with ERP and business software administration
n
- Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency
n
- Provide backup support for payroll when required
n
- Work closely with the Financial Accountant and Financial Controller on allocated tasks
n

About You: nn
- 2+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable position
n
- Strong understanding of transactional finance processes
n
- Advanced Excel skills
n
- Experience using MYOB Acumatica
n
