Lead a maintenance crew, work across essential site equipment, and enjoy a full week off after every swing. This is a hands-on role for a supervisor who enjoys supporting their crew, solving problems in the field and keeping critical equipment running.
Key responsibilities n
Plan and coordinate inspections, scheduled maintenance, repairs and breakdown response
n
Lead electricians and mechanical fitters, setting clear priorities and supporting safe, quality work
n
Troubleshoot electrical issues and coordinate repairs across pumps, generators and auxiliary equipment
n
Manage permits, isolations, risk assessments and maintenance records in line with site procedures
n
Communicate progress, equipment issues and upcoming work with the site team and JCV Services management
About you n
An electrical trade qualification and a current Queensland electrical work licence
n
S1, S2 and S3 supervisor competencies
n
A current Coal Board Medical
n
Experience supervising maintenance teams in mining or heavy industry
n
Practical experience with pumps, generators or related equipment
n
Robust leadership, fault-finding and communication skills
