We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Yard Hand at our Somerton branch.

n
nYour Duties will include : n
n

n
n
- Managing the daily operations of the Branch logistics and yard operations.
n
n
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner.
n
n
- Greet and serve “walk-in” customers and guests.
n
n
- Yard operational support - filling cylinders, loading / unloading vehicles
n
n
- Provide support to Yard Supervisor and Branch Manager relating to daily operational requirements
n
n
- Promoting the benefits of Supagas & Supagas products
n
n
- Handle enquiries in a professional manner,



ensure follow through and finalise all enquiries.
n
n
- Online orders, email / fax orders, Ring around calls, banking and cash balancing
n
n

Requirements:

- Forklift licence preferrable
n
n
- MR/HR licence desirable

- Delivery Experience

- Excellent customer service skills

- Previous customer service experience

- Excellent communication skills
