We’re looking for a Dental Receptionist with some Dental Assisting experience to join our team!

n

This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys being the friendly face of the practice but also likes getting involved behind the scenes in the surgery. One minute you could be welcoming a patient at reception, and the next you could be assisting the dentist - so if you like a role where every day is a little different, this could be for you!

Job Description n

You'll play an important role in both our front-of-house and clinical teams , including:

n

n
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, friendly experience
n
- Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries
n
- Handling payments and general reception administration
n
- Assisting our dentists during procedures
n
- Preparing and setting up treatment rooms
n
- Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining clinical areas
n
- Supporting the team to keep the practice running smoothly
n
- Helping patients feel comfortable and well looked after
n
- Jumping in wherever you're needed - we're a team!
n

Qualifications n

We're looking for someone who is positive, reliable and enjoys working with people .

Ideally, you'll have: n

n
- Previous dental reception experience
n




- Some Dental Assisting experience
n
- Great communication and customer service skills
n
- A friendly and approachable personality
n
- Good attention to detail
n
- The ability to stay organised in a busy environment
n
- A willingness to learn and help wherever needed
n
- A genuine interest in creating a great patient experience
n

Experience is preferred, but it's not a deal-breaker! If you have the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn, we can provide training to help you build your dental skills.
