Long description About the role n
LightHorse Kitchen, Moorebank sports is a modern brasserie specialising in Australian cuisine, open for lunch and dinner focused on usinghigh-quality produce, changing the menu with the seasons and keeping up with new food trends. We are looking for a experienced Chef to join our professional kitchen staff of 11 and grow within the role! your working duties and responsibilities will include:

- Input toward menu's
n
- input towards chef specials
n
- Train and supervise over 8 staff (if in head/sous chef roll)
n
- Enforce and follow all HACCP Rules
n
- Ensuring all safe food practices are maintained
n
- Produce cutting-edge and delicious food experiences.
n
