- 8-10 years of experience with strong Business Analysis skillset including requirement gathering, gap/impact analysis , and preparing high‑quality requirement documents (BRD/FRD/Jira).

- Excellent stakeholder management, able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive clarity in requirements.

- Works effectively as an individual contributor, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
n
- Understanding of financial products, Credit and Market risk domain data flows and Market data
n
- Robust SQL proficiency with ability to perform detailed data analysis and validation across complex systems.
n
- Experience working with upstream and downstream system landscapes, ensuring accurate data flow and impact assessment.
n
- Proven ownership of end‑to‑end release and change management activities .
