The Captain's Daughter is seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to join our team at our relaxed beach side restaurant/bar in Peregian Beach, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused workplace.

What you'll be doing n

- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our high standards
n
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and consistent meal preparation
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
n
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
n
- Assisting with menu development and recipe testing as required
n

What we're looking for nn
- Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a hospitality or catering workplace
n
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety
n
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
n




- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
n
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
