Job Description

Equifax Australia is seeking a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) - Core to manage and support services for Core customers, ensuring first-class delivery and robust relationships.

You will handle inquiries, provisioning of new accounts and branch setups, billing issue resolution, and proactive service improvements while collaborating with Sales, Subscriptions, and Client Integration teams, in a 4-day in-office pattern with Friday remote work to support balance.
