Job Description

Calamansi by Sarah Tiong in Cremorne, NSW, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a full time, Tuesday–Saturday role overseeing all front-of-house operations and collaborating with the kitchen to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will lead staff, manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, ensure food safety, and monitor P&L; while maintaining high standards of service and ambience in a vibrant contemporary restaurant.
