Lead residential and capital works projects from inception to completion, delivering on time, within budget and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities n

- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks and milestones.
n
- Coordinate project teams, stakeholders and contractors.
n
- Manage procurement, tenders and contracts.
n
- Provide clear project reporting to senior stakeholders.
n
What you need nn
- The successful candidate will bring proven experience in NSW Government experience, experience with residential capital and compliance upgrade projects.
n
- Applicants must demonstrate a solid background in construction and/or capital works project delivery.
n
- 5+ years’ experience in an end-to-end Project Manager role, with a construction or capital works focus.
