Job Description

Harris Farm Markets is offering a structured 12–24 month Store Manager development program across NSW. You’ll work with an experienced Store Manager, assume real responsibilities from day one, and progressively run your own store.

You’ll gain exposure to compliance, scheduling, recruitment, and performance management, with a focus on sales, margins and KPIs to inform commercial decisions. Training culminates in running a Harris Farm store.
