Job Description
Redcape Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Manager for Peden’s Hotel in Cessnock to lead as Manager on Duty, coach staff, and oversee service, liquor, gaming, safety and reporting. You’ll drive guest experience across bistro, bar and accommodation while supporting a growing portfolio of venues.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in pub/hotel settings, strong decision-making, and a proactive, energetic approach to leading teams and delivering outstanding hospitality. NSW RSA/RCG is preferred.
