Job Description

PQE Partners are leading a financial services organisation in Sydney and seek a financial markets lawyer to join the legal team. The role supports trading and financing documentation with seniority 4+ PQE onwards and offers permanent or contract options, full-time or part time hours.

You will negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, and prime financing documents, advise on derivatives, securities lending and regulatory matters, and collaborate with front office, risk, credit and operations teams
