Job Description

Global Facilities Maintenance based in Seven Hills, Sydney, seeks a dedicated Service Coordinator to support our Southern NSW and ACT operations, reporting to the Service Manager. You will bridge customers with the technical team to ensure clear communication and efficient scheduling in a fast-paced workplace.

You will assign service jobs to technicians and subcontractors, monitor progress, manage quotes and parts, and coordinate customer portals and compliance.
