Tora at Bowral Restaurant, a Japanese dining spot in Bowral, is seeking an experienced Cook to join the kitchen team on a full time basis. You will prepare and cook meals, manage ingredients, and ensure food safety during busy service periods.

Applicants should have formal cookery qualifications or substantial equivalent experience, plus strong organisational and teamwork skills. Rotating rosters include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
