Job Description

Akiba is a prominent Canberra restaurant known for bold Asian-inspired cuisine and a high-energy service culture. We seek an experienced Restaurant Manager to own the venue, leading a large front-of-house team and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

With a 190-seat layout, you will oversee daily operations, rostering, training, and KPI-driven performance while collaborating closely with the Head Chef and senior management.
