Stanmore Mazda is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Consultant / Service Advisor to join our successful and long-established Service Department located in Stanmore, in Sydney's Inner West.

Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, or Automotive role

n

Knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance processes

n

Strong administration and computer skills

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Welcoming and assisting customers with their service requirements
n
- Preparing repair orders and accurately documenting customer concerns
n




- Coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs with workshop technicians
n
- Providing customers with service updates and repair recommendations
n
- Managing phone, online, and email service bookings
n
- Following up with customers after servicing to ensure satisfaction
n
- Assisting with daily administrative duties, including repair order processing and banking
n
- Utilising internal dealership systems and processes, including EraPower/Pentana
n
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
- Achieving customer satisfaction and dealership performance targets
n

An attractive remuneration package, above industry standards, is available for the right candidate. Superannuation is paid in addition to the base salary.
