Job Description

Service NSW seeks a Customer Service Representative at Wellington Service Centre. This onsite, part-time, 12-month contract role involves assisting customers, answering enquiries, and delivering high-quality service in a busy frontline environment.

n

You will work Monday to Friday with minimum 4-hour shifts, bring solid communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while contributing to local community access to NSW services.
