We're looking for a Senior Customer Care Consultant to join our Customer Care team in Greystanes NSW . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coaching others, driving service excellence and making a real impact on both the customer and team experience.

What You'll Be Doing: n

- Managing customer escalations and driving resolution outcomes

- Supporting workflow management to ensure service levels are achieved

- Coaching, training, and developing Customer Care Consultants
n
- Conducting quality reviews and sharing best practice
n
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to improve processes and customer outcomes
n
- Presenting in team huddles and contributing to team initiatives
n




- Acting as a role model for our values and customer-first culture
