- A willingness to learn and develop your food and beverage knowledge

- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, clubs or quality hospitality environments is preferred

- Reliability, initiative and a strong team mindset
n
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
- RSA Certificate, or willingness to obtain
