An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR skilled to join a prominent educational institution located South of Brisbane for a 4-month fixed-term contract. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a dedicated HR Generalist with a strong background in the education sector who is eager to drive a critical HR project to success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive active engagement across key project initiatives.

- Provide expert HR advice, guidance, and strategic solutions to stakeholders.
n
- Identify and implement HR process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
n
- Review, update, and manage employee contracts ensuring compliance and accuracy.
n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using ConnX HRIS.
n
- Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and team members.
n

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner within the Education sector.
n
- Hands-on experience with the ConnX HRIS platform.
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, drive engagement, and deliver tailored HR solutions.
n
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week South of Brisbane.
