The Role n

We are seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join a citrus packing operation in Red Cliff, VIC, within the horticulture and fresh produce industry. This is a hands‑on role working in a fast‑paced packing shed where you will safely operate forklifts to move pallets, fruit bins, and materials across the site. You'll play a key role in supporting packing operations and maintaining efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities n

This role supports packing shed operations through safe and efficient forklift use.

- Operate forklifts safely within a busy packing shed environment
n
- Load and unload pallets of citrus from trucks and packing lines
n
- Transport fruit bins, pallets, and packaging materials across the site
n
- Stack and store pallets accurately in designated areas
n




- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
n
- Competitive pay rate of $33.55 per hour + penalty rates
n
- Seasonal role for approximately 2-3 weeks
n
- High earning potential with approximately 40-55 hours per week
n
- Opportunity to work in a structured horticulture packing environment
n
- Hands‑on role in a fast‑paced and team‑focused setting

Your Skills & Experience n

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced forklift operator with a strong focus on safety.

- Current High Risk Work Licence (LF) (essential)
n
- Previous forklift experience in warehouse or packing environments preferred
n
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and physically active workplace
n
- Reliable and able to commit to the full season
n
- Strong attention to detail and safe work practices
n
- Team player with good communication skills
