Think Renewable is seeking energetic Solar & Battery Sales Consultants in Sydney, offering two paths: a PHONE SALES role in-office and a FIELD/IN-HOME role meeting customers face-to-face across Sydney. We hire for attitude and coachability, with training and a high-performance workplace to grow quickly.

Our core focus is helping Australians switch to solar and battery with warm leads, rapid installation capacity, structured onboarding, daily coaching, and a strong team culture.
