We are looking for motivated and driven Sales Agents who are passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

About the role n

As a Sales Agent at Hockingstuart Real Estate, you’ll be actively involved in every stage of the sales process, including:

Generating leads through door-knocking, cold calling, and networking

n
- n

Building relationships with buyers and sellers

n
- n

Hosting property inspections and open homes

n
- n

Conducting auctions and negotiation processes

n
- n

Coordinating contract signings and transaction management

n

About you n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- n

Proven experience in a sales-focused role with KPIs and targets

n
- n





A minimum qualification of an Agent’s Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice

n
- n

A valid driver’s license and a reliable car (availability to work Saturdays is essential)

- n

A self-motivated, results-driven attitude

- n

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
