Job Description n

As a Senior Manager in Business Services, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of private clients and SME groups, acting as the primary relationship lead. Your role will be a blend of technical review, advisory, and people leadership, with support from capable senior accountants and intermediates.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Managing and reviewing business services and tax compliance work
n
- Acting as the main client contact, providing trusted advisory support
n
- Mentoring and developing senior and intermediate accountants
n
- Working closely with partners on workflow, resourcing, and client strategy
n
- Contributing to process improvement and practice growth initiatives
n

n

This is a hands‑on manager role with strong admin and team support,



allowing you to focus on high‑value work rather than volume processing.

Successful Applicant n

Candidates at Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up are encouraged to apply.

You Will Ideally Have n

n
- CA or CPA qualification
n
- 7+ years’ experience in Australian public practice (Business Services / Tax)
n
- Proven experience managing client portfolios and reviewing team work
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with business owners
n
- A collaborative mindset and interest in long‑term career progression
n
