OracleCMS is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Gold Coast team on an 8-week fixed-term contract , supporting the customer service requirements of one of our client projects.

n

This is a full-time opportunity offering 37.5 hours per week , with the potential for the contract to be extended based on business requirements, performance and attendance.

n

About the Role n

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and providing accurate, helpful solutions.

n

You'll work across a range of customer interactions, using your communication and problem-solving skills to understand what customers need and provide the right assistance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: n

- Responding to inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
n
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customers
n
- Recording customer information accurately in internal systems
n
- Navigating multiple systems while assisting customers
n
- Following established processes and procedures
n
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service across every interaction
n
- Escalating enquiries where required
n
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve service outcomes

- Previous contact centre or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential . We provide training and support to help you develop the skills required to succeed in the role.

Working Hours n

This is a full-time, office-based position at our Gold Coast office.

n

You must be available to work across:

n

Monday to Saturday, between 7:00am and 10:00pm.

n

Your specific roster will be determined based on operational requirements and the services you are trained to support.

The Recruitment Process n
