Change Manager - Mobile Device Management Project n
nWe are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support our client and lead the end-to-end people change for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) project. This role will be the sole change resource , so you will need to be highly autonomous, hands-on and comfortable working in an environment where the solution, impacts and requirements are still evolving.n
Key Responsibilities n

- Developing change plans and conducting impact assessments
n
- Managing stakeholder engagement and resistance
n
- Developing employee communications and messaging
n
- Supporting training and organisational readiness activities
n
- Providing implementation and go-live support
n
- Driving adoption and reinforcement activities
n
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Technology teams
n




- Partnering with Internal Communications to ensure messaging aligns with the organisation's tone and communication channels
n

About You n
n

n
- Robust technology change management experience
n
- Previous experience delivering cyber security-related change
n
- End-to-end change delivery experience, ideally as the sole or lead Change Manager
n
- Ability to translate technical and security changes into clear, practical employee impacts and messaging
n
- Experience managing resistance and delivering change within complex, high-change environments
n

Desirable experience: n
n

n
- Previous MDM/MAM implementation experience
n
- Experience with BYOD or personal-device change
n
- Microsoft Intune experience (Direct Intune experience is not essential if you have strong MDM/MAM experience)
