We’re looking for a Head of People & Culture to lead HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development across our growing business.

This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape our people strategy, strengthen our leadership capability and build the systems, talent and culture that support our next stage of growth.

You’ll partner closely with our leadership team and network leaders, bringing a practical, commercial approach to everything from employee relations and workforce planning to leadership development, recruitment and capability.

You’ll partner closely with our leadership team and network leaders, bringing a practical, commercial approach to everything from employee relations and workforce planning to leadership development, recruitment and capability.

What you’ll do n

- Lead and develop our HR, Talent Acquisition and L&D; teams
n
- Set and deliver a people strategy aligned to our business priorities and growth
n
- Partner with leaders to build capability, performance and strong teams
n
- Lead our talent attraction, recruitment and succession approach
n
- Oversee learning and development across the business
n




- Provide trusted advice across employee relations, industrial relations and people risk
n
- Continue to improve our people systems, processes and ways of working
n
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities and support better people decisions
n
- Build a high-performing People & Culture function that is valued by the business
n

What you’ll bring n

You’ll be an experienced people leader who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You’ll know how to influence at a senior level, but won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the detail.

We’re looking for:

n

n
- Senior HR / People & Culture leadership experience
n
- Experience leading across HR, Talent Acquisition and L&D;
n
- Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience
n
- Experience working in a multi-site, fast-paced or growing business
n
- A strong track record of developing leaders and building capability
n
- Commercial thinking and sound judgement
n
- Confidence to challenge, influence and have the conversations that matter
n
- A practical approach to solving problems and improving the way things work
n
