About the Role

n

As our Resident Experience Team Member, you will be a warm and welcoming presence that shapes an exceptional experience for residents and visitors alike. By coordinating events, fostering strong resident engagement and best in class services, you will help cultivate a strong sense of community at WentWorth Quarter.

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing professional, efficient and friendly service at all times.
n
- Manage front desk operations, handling calls, enquiries, and requests with confidence, accuracy, and a strong customer-service focus.
n
- Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections,



and apartment viewings.
n
- Represent a leading Build-to-Rent brand, demonstrating a strong understanding of BTR principles and maintaining high service standards that set the community apart.
n
- Manage the Property Management System (PMS) and front office systems with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
n

Skills & Experience Required

n

We are looking for an entry level real estate professional who thrives in a vibrant, community-led environment. You bring a natural warmth and quiet confidence to every interaction, creating meaningful connections while approaching each day with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You will also have

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
n
- High attention to detail with a results-focused mindset
n
- Effective time management and the ability to multi-task in a busy setting
n
- Completed Cert IV in Real Estate (NSW)
n
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.
n
