At Lug+Carrie we get people out of cars and onto eBikes. We offer eBike subscriptions and sell current and ex-fleet bikes, with teams in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Our Woolloongabba team is looking for someone who loves talking to people and enjoys the moment a customer gets it on their first test ride.

$60,000-$70,000 + super, pro-rata for part-time

Part-time or Full-time. A minimum of 3-4 days including Saturday

What your week looks like: n
No two days are the same:
n
In the shop: welcoming customers, running test rides, helping people choose between subscribing and buying, and doing handovers
n
On the road: driving our van to deliver bikes and do handovers at customers' homes and workplaces
n
On the phone and online: answering questions, booking service appointments and following up leads in Salesforce
n
Behind the scenes: fitting accessories, setting up bikes and keeping the shop looking sharp
n
Out in the community: the occasional weekend event or market showing people what an eBike can do
What You Bring: n
Experience: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (meeting sales targets is a must!).
n
Communication Skills: Can chat easily with anyone, from a nervous first-time rider to a keen commuter.
n
Organisation: Like having goals and keeping things organised (CRM or Salesforce experience is a plus!).
n
Licence: A current, full Australian driver's licence.
n
Blue Card: A willingness to obtain a Blue Card with our support.
n
Availability: Available to work a roster across Tuesday - Saturday.

Curiousity: A curiousity about eBikes. We'll teach you the tech
