Job Description

Citrus Group is seeking a customer service qualified to be the calm, reassuring voice for customers experiencing unexpected vehicle issues. You will be the first point of contact, providing guidance and coordinating support through our trusted network of service providers.

Ideal candidates bring robust communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work a rotating roster. The role offers hybrid working after six months, with a Sydney office base and opportunities for remote work.
