This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate to work alongside highly regarded Partners and market-leading practitioners, advising an impressive client base that includes government agencies, developers, contractors, financiers and consultants.

The Opportunity n

Joining a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll advise on sophisticated front-end construction and projects matters, including:

- Procurement strategies and project delivery models
n
- Tender documentation and contract negotiations
n
- Drafting and negotiation of standard form and bespoke construction contracts
n
- Project structuring, risk allocation and regulatory considerations
n
- Strategic advice across the full project lifecycle
n

n

You'll work across a broad range of sectors, including:

n

n
- Transport infrastructure, including rail, roads and airports
n
- Energy transition, generation, transmission and storage
n
- Oil & gas and natural resources
n
- Water and utilities
n
- Social infrastructure and commercial developments
n

n

The work is complex, high value and often nationally significant,



providing exposure to some of Australia's most important infrastructure projects, as well as major international developments.

About You n

This chance will suit a Senior Associate with front-end construction, projects or infrastructure experience gained in private practice or an in-house environment.

n

Ideally, you'll have experience advising project owners, principals or contractors and be confident drafting and negotiating construction documentation while delivering commercially focused, pragmatic advice.

n

You'll be a collaborative practitioner who enjoys developing strong client relationships and contributing to a high-performing, market-leading team.
