About the role n

Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development

n
- n

Be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.

n
- n

Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering engaging, high-quality conversations with members.

n
- n

Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions

n
- n

Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success

n
- n

Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards

n

This is a fulltime permanent position working 8 hours in lengthbetween Monday-Friday:7am-8.30pm,Saturday – Sunday: 8:30am-5pm.

About you n

We’re looking for adaptable customer service and sales professionals who bring:

- n





Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members

n
- n

Experience working in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team

n
- n

Transparent, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport

n
- n

Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations

n
- n

Available to work required shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where applicable

n
- n
