Our highly regarded State Government client contact centre is coming towards its peak season. As a result we are looking for a team of inbound service professionals to join their award winning Contact Centre.

About the role: n

n
- Managing high volume inbound calls
n
- Providing up to date information and making phone bookings (pure service)
n
- Working in a fantastic team environment in an impressive modern workplace
n
- Shift work across a 24/7 roster (provided in advance with great penalty rates)
n
- Supporting the community with a vital support.
n
- Working in a structured and scripted workplace
n
- Working with multiple computer systems
n

Important information nn
- Induction training will be full-time hours 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri for two weeks commencing 19 October at Zillmere.
n
- All shifts after training will be at Zillmere.
n
- You will be guaranteed a minimum of 20hrs per week after training.
n
- When required during peak season you will need to be available for additional hours anywhere in a 24/7 roster as is required by the demand at the time.
n
- A criminal history check will be undertaken on shortlisted applicants.
