We are looking for an Educatorwho: nn
- Is willing to rethink approaches to programming and documentation and be dedicated to implementing an inquiry and research based curriculum
n
- Feels inspired by children and the learning that takes place, viewing children as capable and competent
n
- Hasan understanding of both the EYLF and the NQS
n
- Hasthe ability to work collaboratively as a team
n
- Is flexible and reliable
n
- Hasa deep respect for children and is able to explore recent ideas with children, as co‑researchers and co‑learners
n
- Is supportive of the use of the 100 Languages of Children, encouraging children to have opportunities to express their ideas, hypotheses and theories
n
- Is able to create inviting, inspiring and challenging learning environments, seeing the value of ‘the environment as the 3rd teacher’
n
- Is joyful in their work and engagement with children and families.

Requirements: nn
- An ACECQA approved Certificate 3, Diploma or be studying towards
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or we will pay for training)
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
