Job Description
VACCA is seeking a Nugel Practice Leader in Werribee to provide expert cultural guidance, mentor team staff, and deliver career development that embeds Aboriginal cultural practices across the program. You will work with families, government and sector partners to reduce over-representation and build family capacity for safe, supported outcomes.

The role requires a recognised Social Work degree or Diploma in Community Services, with experience in CYFA 2005 and related welfare frameworks;
