Our opportunity: n

We are seeking an experienced and passionateEarly Childhood Teacher to join our Beenleigh Centre. This is a unique opportunity to have a genuine opportunity to help us build out and deliver the kindergarten program.

Key Responsibilities: Running the Kindergarten Program n

- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences for children.
n
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning workplace.
n
- Build strong,



supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
n
- Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualised learning plans are in place.
n
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of our educational programs.
n
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
n

Qualifications and Skills: n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent (ACECQA approved).
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
n
- Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
n
- Robust understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.
n
