Job Description
Marsh is seeking a Senior Claims Case Manager to join the Insurance Operations team. The role is based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide and operates on a hybrid mode with at least three days in the office weekly.

You will manage complex, high-risk claims and provide guidance, coaching and advocacy to colleagues, while collaborating with insurers, trustees and internal teams to ensure a high-quality claims experience.
